Race Ready and Track Proven; Pure-Ducati Performance

Clutch lever feel like a brick?

Tired of hearing that better suspension wins races and then losing to guys who have it?

Clunky stock cans and headers killing ponies?

Wish you could adjust the position on the foot pegs?

Curious about the magic that is a quick shifter?

But you have no idea where to start?  What to buy?  Who to ask?  And what is the different between a sintered clutch plate and one that isn't anyway?

Trust me, you are not alone.  It is one thing to have a general idea about what you want and what your bike needs.  Navigating the world of OEM and aftermarket performance parts is a far tougher matter.

(The only reason I know what a sintered clutch plate does is because I worked in a motorcycle shop and asked the master technician; I cheated.)

But now there are answers to your questions.  Even better, they can be found on a single webpage: description, visual, and photo on a real live race bike included.

The Forza Racing Ducati 848 and your guide to racing performance

Seriously.  All you have to do is click a part on the bike and an explanation of what it is and does pops up on the side.  Brilliant!

Welcome to Ducati Forza Racing.

These guys don't just preach the virtues of performance motorcycle parts, they race them!

George Mayer on the #899 Forza Racing Ducati 848

The guys at Ducati Forza have teamed up with Pure-Ducati to create the Forza Racing Ducati 848, which you may recognize from George's tales of racing exploits on the CCS circuit here on EMD.

Finally, a real life race bike to use as a template for what your own motorcycle could, and should, be!

You don't have to ride a Ducati 848 to take advantage of all that Forza Racing and Pure-Ducati Performance has to offer.  All Ducati superbikes apply, of course, but so does the rest of the Ducati family.  There is a very fast Monster 1100S racing CCS down in Florida, and I've seen the Sport1000 and the Paul Smart replica grace the track, as well.

Don't ride a Ducati?  Well, nobody is perfect.

But if you're like me and happen to have a moto, not a Ducati (the horror!) there is still hope.  Unless it is a Ducati OEM part, most of the race technology the Forza Ducati guys use is available for the Japanese Big Four, Triumph, Aprilia, BMW, and KTM.

I buy race and performance parts for my Ducati 848Evo and my Honda CBR900RR from Pure Ducati.  While a specific aftermarket performance part for non-Ducati motos won't be posted online, if you give them a call or shoot them an email, and its out there, they will help you find it.
